Learn How Soda Impacts Your Body

Before you drink your next sugary soda, you should read this infographic.  Your body is greatly impacted by what you drink.  In fact, the sugar in just one soda can have a very large impact on your weight, brain, kidneys, bones, heart, lungs and teeth.

Drinking just one soda day equals consuming 39 pounds of sugar in a single year.  Think of that next time you see a pound of sugar sitting on the table.  Multiple that time 39 for your yearly soda intake.

Did you know that the high level of phosphoric acid in colas have been linked to kidney stones.  That makes me hurt just thinking about it.

Drinking soda has been linked to bone density loss and osteoporosis.  It is also linked to increase chance of heart attach and stroke.

Personally, I rarely ever drink a soda, diet or not.  You will feel so much better if you substitute that soda for refreshing water.  You will lose all the negatives of drinking sodas and be better hydrated.  That is a big plus for your body!  Do yourself a favor and try it out.  You will be healthier and you will feel better.
